 | Devavānī provides a supportive environment for learning and sharing the textual tradition of Sanskrit. It is open to all those people who would like an introduction to, or in-depth study of, any aspect of that tradition. Devavānī uses a methodology for learning Sanskrit that is thorough yet straightforward for the general public. The syllabus structure enables steady learning of Sanskrit and is completed in four years. In order to respond to the different interests which motivate people to study Sanskrit (philosophical, philological, spiritual, etc.) Devavani also runs a variety of seminars for the study of the Sanskrit textual tradition, as well as other related courses the aim of which is to provide a comprehensive education in the languages and cultures of the Indian sub-continent. |
